Raised in rural Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Keith Kenniff started playing drums, guitar and bass at a very young age. In 2006 he received his BA from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston where he studied composition and percussion. During his time at Berklee Keith began writing electronic music inspired by artists like Boards of Canada and Brian Eno under the moniker 'Helios'. In 2004 he released the debut album, Unomia, on Merck Records followed by ‘Eingya’ in 2006 which quickly made many critic’s top 10 lists. His third album ‘Caesura’ was released on Type in 2008. Keith also records and performs music for solo piano under the name Goldmund for which he has 3 releases on Type Records. He has written music for TV and film for clients such as Honda, MTV, Deutsche Telekom, and Audi. His music can be heard on a number of documentaries and films such as Harmony Korine’s film “Mister Lonely” and a film trailer for “Revolutionary Road” starring Leonardo Di Caprio.
