The first in a vast three-volume set, these remix EP's collect the work of 12 diverse artists. The One AM Radio surprises with a hard-hitting dance remix, while Ayumu Haitani (of 4 Bonjour's Parties) reinvents "Sweet Solano" as a quirky, flute-laden track influenced by modern classical music. Swedish artists Porn Sword Tobacco and Boy Omega both create dreamy, nostalgic textures that evoke Sweden's beautiful seascapes. Arms & Sleepers and Blue Sky Black Death bring hard-hitting, cerebral, modern electronic tracks, while Cars & Trains revamps "65 or Older" with a 60's pop influence.
